iron core

The iron core is made of high-quality and low-loss special materials. The core column is divided into uniform small sections by multiple air gaps. Reactor

The coil and iron core of the reactor are assembled into one body and then go through the process of pre-baking→vacuum dipping→heat-baking and curing, and the H-level dipping varnish is used to firmly combine the coil and the iron core of the reactor.

The clips and fasteners of the reactor are made of non-magnetic materials to ensure that the reactor has a high quality factor and a good filtering effect.

Exposed parts

The exposed parts are treated with anti-corrosion treatment, and the lead-out terminals are made of tinned copper tube terminals

Performance parameters

1. Can be used in 400V, 660V systems.

2. The rated insulation level is 3kV/min.

3. The temperature rise limit of each part of the reactor: the iron core does not exceed 45K, and the coil temperature rise does not exceed 55K.

4. The noise of the reactor is not more than 45dB.

5. The difference between any two-phase reactance values of the three-phase reactor is not more than ±3%.

6. Temperature resistance class H (180℃) or above.

Use environmental conditions

1. The altitude does not exceed 2000 meters.

2. The operating ambient temperature is -25℃~+45℃, and the relative humidity does not exceed 90%.

3. There is no harmful gas around, no flammable and explosive materials.

4. The surrounding environment should have good ventilation conditions. If it is installed in the cabinet, ventilation equipment should be installed.
